Course Description: This 4-hour seminar is designed for online or in-person training that highlights main provisions regarding Gas Piping Installation & Sizing Requirements contained in the 2015 International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC) referenced by the 2017 Ohio Mechanical Code (OMC). Participants will learn to apply key code sections of the 2017 OMC & 2015 IFGC related to low pressure and medium pressure gas piping system installation requirements. Participants will be provided with several “real life” gas piping installation application examples and gas piping calculation procedures with examples for sizing gas piping systems. Upon completion of this training, participants will be fortified with the intent of the 2017 OMC & 2015 IFGC allowing them to apply sound principles regarding the design and installation gas piping systems.
